Predictz handles account data, cookies, security and retention in accordance with these terms and applicable Indian data law. Below is how each area is managed so you know exactly what to expect.

Data Handling

Account data you submit — name, contact details, payment identifiers for UPI and Paytm — is stored on encrypted servers. We do not sell this data to third-party marketers under any circumstances covered by these terms.

Cookie Policy

We use session and analytics cookies to keep your account login active and to measure page performance. You may adjust cookie preferences in your browser; disabling essential cookies may limit account functionality.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts and is strongly encouraged. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately — we can freeze your account within minutes pending investigation.

Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for a minimum period required by applicable law. After account closure, personal data is anonymised unless a legal hold applies. You may request a data summary at any time.

Request & Changes

To request a correction to your account data, object to processing, or ask for deletion where law permits, email our compliance team. We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days and resolve within 30.

These terms apply to every person who opens or uses a predictz account. Eligibility depends on local law and access is available where local law permits. By completing registration you confirm you have read and accepted them in full.

We will notify you by email or in-platform message before any material change takes effect. Minor clarifications — such as correcting a typo — may be made without advance notice, but the effective date will always be updated at the top of this page.

We may suspend or permanently close an account that violates these terms. Before permanent closure we will, where practical, contact you to resolve the issue. Any funds in your account at the time will be handled according to the withdrawal clause in these terms.

Deposits via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are subject to the transaction conditions in Section 4 of these terms. Processing times and any applicable limits are set out there; we do not alter payment-method rules outside of a formal terms update.

Email our compliance team with your account ID and the specific request — data summary, correction, or deletion. We acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to resolve within 30, subject to any legal hold that may prevent immediate deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which predictz operates, which may include Indian law where relevant. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our support process will be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
